How do we work?
We are committed to a selling process that is simple and easy to understand.
First, you tell us about your home.
Provide us with your address and a description about your home’s current condition. Feel free to share pictures.
Second, we take a look at your property
Our property review typically takes 24 hours and sometimes involves a scheduled visit from a Brick representative to your home. We evaluate your property in order to provide a fair and accurate offer.
Third, you review your offer from Brick.
You are given the opportunity to review your offer with a Brick investment director. We can make adjustments and changes as needed to ensure it meets your needs.
Fourth, accept and sign your offer.
After accepting the offer, paperwork is painless. We send the contract electronically, simply sign and you’re under contract!
Fifth, we do the paperwork and verifications.
We will work with title to schedule closing and take care of all the necessary documentation for you! At this time a Brick representative will schedule a visit to your home to verify the condition. Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to make any repairs.
Sixth, you close!
On closing day we pay you the agreed price and you move on to the next adventure life has for you, free of property stress and with cash in your hand.
